Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 651

This 22 year old consulted with Dr. Parker regarding his breast enlargement, first noted at puberty. This has persisted over the years independent of weight changes. The patient is 5’11” and weighs 225 pounds. Under local anesthesia, Dr. Parker performed SAFE liposuction on the breasts, removing 275 cc of fat and breast tissue from the right side and 300 cc of fat and breast tissue from the left in order to optimize his pre-existing asymmetry. The patient recovered quickly afterwards. He is very happy with his more symmetric, improved and natural appearing chest contour.
