Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1341

This 30 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting improvement in the appearance of her nose. She requested her dorsal hump be reduced, nasal tip refined, set back and lifted as well as her crooked nose appear straighter. At surgery, Dr. Parker, using an open rhinoplasty, performed a component dorsal hump reduction of the nasal bones and cartilage, straightened the crooked nose with a septoplasty and spreader flaps, refined, lifted and set back the nasal tip cartilage. The patient loves her result and says she feels much more self confident.
