Body Lift Before & After Case 754

This 63 year old patient asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance caused by the lax soft tissues on her abdomen, buttocks and outer thighs. She had undergone gastric sleeve surgery one year ago and lost 65 pounds since. The patient is 5’3″ tall, weighs 122 pounds and says her weight is now stable. She had many weight swings from 120 to 180 pounds in the past. After examining the patient, Dr. Parker discussed options with her including a circumferential abdominoplasty with a body lift. The patient did not want tissue transferred to her buttocks to make them fuller. Dr. Parker performed this surgery several weeks later. The patient did very well in her recovery. She is very happy with her results and has received wonderful feedback about how good she looks from her husband as well as her friends.
