Body Lift Before & After Case 1165

This 32 year old patient was seen 1 year after gastric bypass surgery and the loss of 100 pounds. She was bothered by her hanging abdominal and thigh skin as well as persistent excess fat. The patient is 5 feet 7 ½ inches tall and weighs 132 pounds. During the patient’s consultation, options were discussed. She and Dr. Parker came up with the following plan: he would perform his version of a 375 lipoabdominoplasty, also known as a Parker Tummy Tuck along with a body lift. Surgeons will also call this combination of procedures a circumferential abdominoplasty. Several weeks later, Dr. Parker performed this surgery.
