Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1029

This 21 year old was referred to Dr Parker by another patient concerned about the appearance of his nose as well as obstructed breathing on the left side. Appearance wise, he requested Dr Parker to make his nose straighter and get rid of his "hump". In performing an open rhinoplasty, Dr Parker reduced the bony cartilaginous hump. He performed a number of other maneuvers, including the use of cartilage grafts, to straighten the nose; this not only helped improve the appearance of the nose but corrected the patient's breathing obstruction.  Postop, the patient said he recovered very quickly. He is very happy with his now-normal breathing. In addition, he loves how good (straight, no bump) and natural his nose looks.
