Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 649

This 40 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by his wife, who is also a patient of Dr. Parker’s. The patient requested improvement in the appearance of his breasts, abdomen and flanks. He works out regularly but cannot lose the fullness in these areas. The patient is 5’10” tall and weighs 182 pounds. Dr. Parker performed SAFE liposuction on these areas removing the following amounts of fat: 200 cc from the right breast, 225 cc from the left breast, 525 cc from the abdomen and 425 cc from each flank. Though the patient was sore for several days afterwards, he returned to work 3 days after his procedure. The patient is thrilled with his result, observing how much better his shirts and pants fit as well as how much better he looks in a bathing suit. His wife commented recently on what a dramatic result he’s gotten.
