This 29 year old’s breasts enlarged during puberty. He lost 60 pounds in college but his breasts remained large. The patient asked Dr Parker to make them flatter and less prominent. The patient is 6 feet tall and weighs 185 pounds. Dr Parker removed the excess breast tissue using a minimally invasive approach with an inconspicuous tiny armpit incision.
