Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1193

This 38 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another rhinoplasty patient with concerns about her nose. She was bothered by her mild hump and broad tip which drooped with smiling. Dr Parker performed an open rhinoplasty doing the following: component bony-cartilaginous hump reduction, lateral osteotomies to close the “open roof, tiplasty to refine her bulbous tip, and resection of the depressor nasi septi muscles to prevent the tip from drooping with smiling. The patient said her recovery was easy. She loves her nose and everyone tells her how natural it looks.
