Otoplasty Before & After Case 1096

This 38 year old asked Dr Parker to correct his protruding ears which have bothered him as long as he can remember. Dr. Parker explained the anatomic reasons for his prominent ears and how they could be corrected surgically. At surgery, which was performed under local anesthesia, Dr. Parker made inconspicuous incisions in the crease behind the patient’s ears which allowed him to sculpture the ear cartilage into the desired shape. The patient was pleased at how easy his recovery was. He is very happy with the natural appearance of his ears which now look so much more natural to him.
