Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 668

This 27 year old requested improvement in the appearance of his breasts. He told Dr. Parker that they had enlarged at puberty and remained this way. He wanted to be able to wear tight-fitting tee shirts, but was unable to do so. A left nipple piercing had stretched out his left nipple and he wanted to reduce it to more closely match the right side. The patient is 6′ 3″ and weighs 185 pounds. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed 100 cc of tissue from each breast with a special gynecomastia cannula and reduced the size of the left nipple. The patient was pleased with the ease of his recovery. He loves the markedly improved look of his chest and is now able to wear any clothing he desires, including tight-fitting tee shirts.
