Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 664

This 23 year old came in asking Dr. Parker to make his chest appear more proportional. For as long as he could remember, he had had large breasts. The patient is 6′ tall and weighs 218 pounds. Dr. Parker treated the patient’s gynecomastia with liposuction alone, removing 250 cc of tissue on the right side and 225 cc on the left and smaller side. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery. He is very happy with the normal appearance of his chest and finally feels comfortable removing his shirt in public.
