Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 632

This 47 year old male was referred to Dr. Parker by his wife, who is also a patient of Dr. Parker’s. His interest was in altering the fullness of his breasts. He said this condition had developed spontaneously 10 years ago. The patient was quite self conscious about the appearance of his chest. Dr. Parker treated the patient with SAFE liposuction and the removal of fibroglandular tissue through a tiny stab incision in his armpit and breast crease, removing 125 cc of fat from each side. The patient recovered quickly with very little pain. He is very happy with the improved appearance of his chest; he also feels much more self confident removing his shirt at the pool and beach.
