Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 620

This 19 year old presented to Dr. Parker with a 4 year history of fullness in both breasts. He feels the nipple and areolas over-project on both sides, more so on the left side. The patient is 6’1″ tall and weighs 170 pounds. Using the SAFE liposuction under local anesthesia, Dr. Parker removed 75 cc of fat and breast tissue from both sides, focusing on the area directly beneath both areolas. After surgery, the patient experienced a moderate amount of swelling but no bruising or pain. He is very happy with his improved chest contour.
