Abdominoplasty Before & After Case 1336

This 22 year old male requested Dr Parker to improve the hanging skin on his breasts and abdomen. He had undergone a gastric sleeve procedure 5 years earlier and lost 150 pounds. The patient is 5'9" tall, weighs 145 pounds and weight has been stable for some time now. Dr Parker discussed treatment options with the patient and they agreed on the following plan: an abdominoplasty without rectus abdominus muscle tightening as well as horizontal excision of his breast and axillary soft tissue along with free nipple grafting to properly re position his areolas. Dr. Parker subsequently performed this surgery. The patient recovered quickly and well. He was very happy with his appearance following this procedure. Unfortunately, because he lives over 2 hours from our office we did not get him back for pictures after his 3 month visit. He reported his scars have matured very nicely to the point where they are difficult to see.
