Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 200

This 23 year old of Middle Eastern descent requested that Dr. Parker improve the appearance of her crooked nose. She came in asking him to make it straighter, get rid of the bump, refine her bulbous tip, and make it look natural. In addition, she asked Dr. Parker to correct the obstructed breathing on the left side of her nose. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty allowing him to reduce the patient’s bony cartilaginous hump. He created infractures to help straighten her nose, refined her bulbous tip, performed septal reconstruction and reduced the size of her inferior turbinates to correct her breathing. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery from surgery. She is very happy with the natural but markedly improved appearance of her nose and has received many positive comments from friends and family.
