Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1343

The 29 year old patient asked to have her hump reduced and nasal tip made more refined. During the patient’s initial consultation, these issues were discussed and computer imaging performed. Dr. Parker discussed an open rhinoplasty and suggested a chin augmentation to optimize facial balance but the patient declined. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a component reduction of the patient’s bony cartilaginous hump and refined her nasal tip cartilage. The patient said she is very happy with the natural and improved appearance of her nose—she and her family say Dr. Parker did a great job.
