This 38 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts, abdomen and hips after having had 2 children, 20 and 12 years ago. She said her breasts deflated after being engorged during pregnancy--she would like them fuller and lifted higher on her chest. The patient would also like her abdomen flatter with as many stretch marks removed as possible and her hips more contoured. She is 5'8" tall, weighs 120 pounds and wears a 34B cup. Dr Parker performed a lollipop breast lift and inserted 350 cc silicone implants. He performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips, removing 550 cc of fat from each hip. The patient recovered well after these procedures. She is very pleased with the rejuvenated appearance of her breasts, abdomen and hips.
