Correction of Tubular Breasts Before & After Case 972

Before & After
Case Details
This 24 year old patient requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts. The patient is 5'5 tall, weighs 140 pounds and wears a 34 A cup. She has not liked the "odd" appearance of her breasts since they developed. The patient went online and determined she has "tuberous breasts". She would like them to look more normal. After examining the patient, Dr. Parker confirmed that she did in fact have tuberous breasts. He explained that he could correct this using periareolar incisions, somewhat reducing the size of the areolas, then release the constricting bands on the lower pole of her breasts and insert implants into a now expanded partial submuscular pocket. During her Sizing Session, the patient chose a 325 cc silicone implant for the larger right breast and 350 cc implant for the smaller left breast. Dr. Parker performed the above surgery exactly as he had described it to the patient. She recovered quickly and was very pleased with the much improved appearance of her breasts. The patient lives a long distance from the Parker Center and was unable to return again for long term pictures. The pictures shown here are from 1 month postoperatively.
