Breast Lift Before & After Case 1298

This 42 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting improvement in the appearance of her breasts, abdomen and hips after having had 4 children. She gained, then lost 40 pounds. The patient asked Dr. Parker to reduce the size of her breasts and lift them as well as remove the hanging skin on her abdomen and contour her hips. She is 5’1″ ,weighs 145 pounds, is a D cup and would like to be a C cup. Dr. Parker performed a breast reduction with a lollipop lift, removing 214 grams from the right breast and 207 grams from the left side. At the same time, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips (removing 650 cc of fat from each side). The patient is thrilled with her results and loves the way she looks in and out of clothes.
