Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 966

This 60 year old patient requested Dr Parker to re position her malpositioned right breast implant to make it look more the her left. She said the implant had moved downward over time. At surgery, Dr Parker restored the right inframammary fold with a thermal and suture capsulorraphy, then inserted an absorbable piece of Galaform scafffold or mesh as additional support. The patient recovered quickly from her procedure with little pain. She is very happy with the shape and symmetry of her breasts.
