Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 591

This 30 year old, referred by another patient, requested that Dr. Parker correct the loss of her right infra mammary fold, which occurred shortly after a prior breast augmentation performed by another plastic surgeon. Using the patient’s prior infra mammary incision, Dr. Parker 375 reconstructed the inframammary fold, with several layers of sutures, at a higher level to match more closely the inframammary fold on the other side. He then re-inforced this repair by inserting an absorbable mesh as an internal bra. The patient said her recovery was quick and easy without pain.
