This 37-year-old was referred to Dr. Parker by her gynecologist for removal of her saline implants, inserted by another plastic surgeon. She said they have always felt “tight” and she never really liked them. Dr. Parker removed the implants using the patient’s prior periareolar incisions. She recovered quickly and painlessly.
