Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 438

This 33 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by the physician for whom she worked, and she came in requesting improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She was bothered by her loss of breast volume after breast feeding 3 children and the asymmetric fullness in the “tail of her breasts”. The patient is 5′ 7″ tall, weighs 133 pounds and wears a 34 B cup. During her initial consultation, Dr. Parker pointed out the pre-existing asymmetry in her breasts as well as the greater degree of fullness in the right tail of her breast. The patient selected silicone implants during her Sizing and Shaping sessions, a 350 cc implant on the right side and 325 cc on the larger left breast. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted these implants into a dual plane location using inframammary incisions. He also performed liposuction on the tail of the breast, removing 50 cc on the right side and 25 cc on the left. The patient recovered quickly afterwards. She is very happy with the improved size and shape of her breasts. She also appreciates looking much better in bathing suits and sun dresses.
