Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 374

This 31 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by her primary care physician, requested breast enhancement. The patient had been a C cup prior to the birth of her children and subsequent to their birth had become an A cup. She would like her prior volume restored. The patient is 5’1″ tall and weighs 105 pounds. Based on the results of the patient’s Sizing Session, Dr. Parker inserted silicone gel implants into a dual plane pocket through an inframammary incision. He used 375 cc on the right side and 350 cc on the left side in order to optimize symmetry. The patient enjoyed a smooth recovery. She was very happy with the restoration of her youthful breasts.
