Upper Arm Rejuvenation Before & After Case 1287

This 55 year old is s/p bariatric surgery with 45 pound weight loss. She asked Dr Parker to remove the hanging skin on her arms. After discussing options, a plan to perform an extended brachioplasty was agreed upon. At surgery, Dr Parker removed the excess skin and fat from the patient’s upper arms and axillae. The patient was pleased with the relative ease of her recovery and the markedly improved contour of her arms.
