Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 740

This 30 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her abdomen, hips and back. She has had two children, ages 6 and 4. She gained 40 pounds with her second pregnancy and then lost it. She would like a flatter abdomen and more contoured hips and back. The patient is 5’9″ tall and weighs 185 pounds. Dr Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, also known as a Parker Tummy Tuck, as well as liposuction of the patient’s hips (removing 900 cc of fat from each side) and back (removing 350 cc of fat from each side).
