Thigh Lift Before & After Case 1521

This 49 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requesting improvement in the appearance of her inner thighs. She had undergone gastric bypass surgery 16 years ago and has lost ~ 140 pounds. She says her weight is now stable. During the patient’s consultation, Dr. Parker discussed options for treatment including a crescent versus vertical thigh lift. The patient opted for the former to help reduce visible scarring and said she realized this was a compromise procedure. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an aggressive crescent inner thigh lift with liposuction. The patient was happy with her quick recovery and very pleased with the improved appearance of her inner thighs as well as her very well concealed scars.
