Liposuction Before & After Case 384

This 38 year old asked Dr. Parker to give her breasts more volume as well as a lift. Additionally, she had a mini tummy tuck by another plastic surgeon two years earlier and she was still bothered by pockets of fat and an irregular appearance of her abdomen from that surgery. She requested that Dr. Parker improve this with liposuction as well as improve the shape of her hips and outer thighs at the same time. The patient currently wears a 34 B cup and would like to be a full C cup; she is 5’2” tall and weighs 125 pounds. The patient had chosen silicone implants in her Sizing Session, 350cc on the right side and 375cc on the left, to improve upon her pre-existing asymmetry. These implants were inserted by Dr. Parker through inframammary incisions into partial submuscular pockets. He also performed SAFE liposuction on the patient’s abdomen, hips and outer thighs removing the following amounts of fat: abdomen—225 cc, right hip—300 cc, left hip—325 cc, right outer thigh—200 cc, and left outer thigh—250 cc. The patient experienced very little pain, recovered quickly and returned to most of the activities of daily living within several days. Her incisions are not noticeable. She loves her natural looking, soft, fuller breasts as well as the improved contour of her abdomen, hips and outer thighs.
