Male Breast Reduction Before & After Case 1570

This 42 year old asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of his breasts and abdomen after he lost more than 100 pounds with diet and exercise over the past year. The patient is 5’10” tall and weighs 184 pounds; he says his weight is stable. During his consultation with Dr. Parker, treatment options were discussed. He and Dr. Parker agreed upon a plan to excise his redundant breast and axillary skin, then move his areolas upward into a normal location as free nipple grafts as well as perform an abdominoplasty. Several weeks later, Dr. Parker performed these surgeries at the same setting. The patient was pleasantly surprised with the relative ease of his recovery, particularly given the extent of the procedures performed. He is very glad he did these surgeries and loves the improved appearance of his breasts and abdomen.
