This 56 year old was referred to Dr Parker by another patient. He stated that his breasts became full at puberty and remained that way for many years. After achieving a 30 pound weight loss with diet and exercise, the patient would like to improve the appearance of his breasts. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 208 pounds. At surgery, Dr Parker removed 250 cc of fat from the right breast and 350 cc from the left and larger breast with liposuction through an inconspicuous small incision in each armpit area.
