Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 1623

This 17 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of his gynecomastia which first appeared at puberty and has persisted. Under local anesthesia, Dr. Parker excised the resistant fibroglandular tissue localized just beneath his areolas. He then performed liposuction at the periphery for blending purposes. The patient said his recovery was quick and easy. He is very pleased with his appearance including much more confidence when no longer having to wear a tee shirt at the beach.
