Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 1618

This 51 year old, referred by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of the fullness that has developed in his breasts over the past few years. He has been on MD regulated testosterone for many years with regular blood tests. He works out regularly and his pectoralis major muscles are very well developed. At surgery, under local anesthesia, Dr. Parker removed the fatty tissue in the patient’s breast with SAFE liposuction using a tiny armpit incision. This unmasked some fibroglandular tissue beneath both areolas which he then removed using a specialized arthroscopic cannula. This access incision was closed with a single dissolvable suture, leaving a hidden, imperceptible scar. A total of 125 cc of fat and fibroglandular tissue were removed from each breast. The patient was loved the speed and ease of his recovery and thanked Dr. Parker on performing this very well done,ggg minimally invasive “scarless” breast reduction.
