Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 1563

This 31 year old requests improvement in the appearance of his gynecomastia which he says developed at puberty and has persisted over time. His maximum weight was 192, 170 pounds now but in great shape. He is 5’10” tall. The patient works out regularly and is in many competitions. During the patient’s consultation with Dr. Parker, treatment options were discussed. The patient opted for liposuction which Dr. Parker subsequently performed under local anesthesia, removing 120 cc of fat and breast tissue from each breast.
