Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 52

This 64 year old, referred to Dr Parker by his dermatologist, was bothered by the hanging skin on his upper eyelids and the puffiness of his lower lids. Dr Parker performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. He removed the excess skin from the upper lids. On the lower eyelids, Dr. Parker removed the herniated fatty tissue through a transconjunctival incision. He then transferred some of this excess fat to the nasojugal grooves to help create a better blending between the lower eyelid and cheek. Note the cleaner, crisper upper eyelid fold as well as the more youthful appearance of the lower lids
