Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1622

This 42 year old, referred by another patient to Dr. Parker, requested improvement in the appearance of her nose. She would like her profile improved as well as her asymmetric tip more defined and symmetric. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty and did the following: a component bony-cartilaginous hump reduction, lateral osteotomies to close the “open roof, a tiplasty to refine and improve the symmetry of her bulbous tip. The patient wa pleased with her quick recovery. She loves her nose and how natural it looks.
