Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1587

This 43 year old requests improvement in the appearance of her nose. She would like her dorsal hump reduced and tip refined. Dr. Parker reviewed these concerns with the patient during her initial consultation and discussed an open rhinoplasty to address them. Computer imaging was used to show the patient what  her nose should look like after surgery. The patient liked this preview of her anticipated results and proceeded with surgery several weeks later. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty where he reduced the patient’s bony cartilaginous hump, used a Piezoelectric tip to perform infractures to narrow the nasal bones as well as refined the size and shape of her bulbous nasal tip. The patient said her recovery from surgery was rapid and painless. She loves the natural-looking, improved appearance of her nose.
