Case Details
This 26 year old patient requested her dorsal hump be reduced, nasal tip more refined, as well as set back slightly. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty during which time he reduced her bony-cartilaginous hump in component fashion, did lateral osteotomies to close her open roof and sculptured her nasal tip to make it more refined and de-projected it slightly. The patient is very happy with the appearance of her nose.
