Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1562

This 50 year old is s/p a closed rhinoplasty elsewhere 30 years ago to reduce her dorsal hump. She said this surgeon over-reduced her dorsum which made her nasal tip look too large. The patient requested that her large, over-projecting tip be refined and set back, her nostrils lowered, as well as the profile of her upper nose raised.
