Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1430

This 68 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her nose, specifically, she wished to have her bulbous tip narrowed and more refined as well as her alar bases narrowed. At surgery, Dr. Parker lightly rasped the patient’s dorsum, then performed a tiplasty to reduce the size of her lateral crura and refine them with shaping sutures to give her a more delicate tip. Finally, he performed alar base resections to narrow her wide alar bases. The patient recovered nicely afterwards and is happy with the improved appearance of her nose.
