Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1194

This 18 year old presented to Dr. Parker with the following concerns about her nose: its crooked appearance, the bump she had, the excessive width of her nose. She said she wanted a straight profile and did not want to lose her ethnicity. Dr Parker listened carefully to the patient, examined her and together they worked out a treatment plan which was then executed at surgery. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty doing the following: component bony-cartilaginous hump reduction, medial and lateral osteotomies to close the “open roof”, help straighten her nose and reduce its width as well as a tiplasty. The patient loves the natural appearance of her nose including the preservation of her ethnicity.
