Neck Contouring Before & After Case 1625

This 24 year old requested a chin augmentation to build out her recessive chin. She says she had some filler injected at a med spa several months ago which gave her minimal improvement. Dr. Parker discussed options with her including chin augmentation and she decided to proceed. At surgery, under local anesthesia only, Dr. Parker inserted a #2 silicone extended anatomic chin implant through a short submental incision. The patient chose this particular size during the procedure since she was awake and wanted to weigh in on the sizer implants Dr. Parker inserted. The patient was pleasantly surprised with the relative ease of her recovery. She loves the improved appearance of her chin and how natural it looks.
