Case Details
This 60 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the loose skin on her neck after a 30 pound weight loss, aging and change in medications. She says her weight is now stable. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a medial and lateral platysmaplasty as well as removed the loose skin through well-concealed incisions behind her ears. The patient recovered quickly without pain. She loves how natural and rejuvenated she looks after the loose skin on her neck has been removed without any visible scarring.
