Facelift Before & After Case 1582

This 60 year old patient returned to Dr. Parker 10 years after having undergone a biplaner SMAS facelift, a medial and lateral platysmaplasty neck lift along with conservative strategic fat injections. She was pleased with those results which are shown in Views 1 and 2.  She returned requesting “freshing up” procedure. The patient is 5’2” tall and weighs 105 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a secondary tightening of the patient’s SMAS and platysma muscles, removed a mild amount of excess skin, as well as inserted a #2 extended anatomic chin implant. The patient once again was very pleased with her quick recovery and more youthful appearance after her rejuvenation procedure. Her secondary procedure results are shown in Views 3 and 4.
