Facelift Before & After Case 1580

This 79 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by her primary care physician, requested improvement in the soft tissue laxity of her face and neck. She reported that she is extremely active, in very good health, and takes no medications. The patient said it was important for her to look natural and not have an “operated look”— that’s why she was referred to Dr. Parker. After discussing various options, the patient and Dr. Parker agreed upon a surgical plan. Several weeks later at surgery, Dr. Parker performed a biplaner SMAS facelift along with a medial and lateral platysmaplasty neck lift. The patient was pleased with the speed and relative ease of her recovery. She is very happy with her refreshed appearance as well as how natural she looks, pointing out her scars are imperceptible. She said Dr. Parker did a great job and her goals have been achieved.
