Facelift Before & After Case 1345

This 75 year old patient is status post a face and neck lift by another plastic surgeon 15 years ago. She was never happy with her results and asked Dr. Parker to improve her facial asymmetry as well as the contour of her neck. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a biplaner face and neck lift with conservative fat injections to improve upon the patient's facial asymmetry. He also removed significant scar tissue from her neck. The patient was delighted with her quick recovery and how well she healed this time. She loves the way she looks including her virtually imperceptible scars.
