Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 1291

This 67 year old patient asked Dr. Parker to remove the excess skin from her upper eyelids and improve the crepiness of her lower eyelids. Dr Parker performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty on the patient. He carefully excised the excess upper and lower eyelid skin, performed a lateral canthopexy to support the lower lids followed by a graduated 30% trichloroacetic acid (TCA) peel. The patient recovered quickly after surgery and is thrilled with the rejuvenated appearance of her eyelids. She has her son’s wedding coming up shortly and is very much looking forward to having her pictures taken.
