Case Details
This 22 year old asked Dr. Parker to reduce the fullness in her cheeks. Dr. Parker discussed buccal fat removal to achieve this. Subsequently, under local anesthesia, Dr. Parker made a small incision on the inside of the patient’s mouth on either side and conservatively removed buccal fat from both cheeks. The patient said he did exactly what she wanted and is very pleased with her results.
