Breast Reduction Before & After Case 980

This 50 year old patient was referred to Dr Parker by another patient of his. She requested smaller, uplifted breasts and a flatter abdomen. Weight stable. The patient is 5'6" tall, weighs 200 pounds and wears a 38D bra. Dr Parker discussed options with her including weight loss prior to surgery. The patient was able to lose 15 pounds and then wished to proceed. Dr Parker performed a breast reduction and lollipop lift, removing 285 grams of tissue from the right breast and 255 grams from the left. In addition, her performed a lipoabdominoplasty. The patient was pleased with the appearance of her breasts and abdomen following these procedures.
