Breast Lift Before & After Case 1568

This 41 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts which sagged after having breast fed two children, 9 and 4 yrs ago. She gained 30-40 pounds with each pregnancy, lost it afterwards and has maintained this weight. The patient is 5’6” tall and weighs 125 pounds. She also asked to have her inverted nipples corrected; she said they have been inverted for a long time. During her consultation with Dr. Parker, treatment options were discussed. The patient opted from a vertical mastopexy, otherwise known as a “lollipop lift”. She did not want breast implants inserted as some patients do to give more volume to the upper part of her breasts. Subsequently, Dr. Parker performed this surgery and at the same time, fixed her inverted nipples. The patient was pleasantly surprised by the ease of her recovery. She loves the appearance of her more youthful breasts and normal-appearing nipples.
