Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1614

This 52 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, is s/p birth of two children with weight gain to 156 and now weighs ~ 118 pounds. She said her breasts enlarged significantly during pregnancy and during breast feeding. Since then, they lost volume and sagged. She would like them to be fuller and lifted. The patient had selected a 225 cc silicone implant for her right breast in her Sizing Session. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted a 225 cc silicone implant into a dual plane location in the right breast and a 175 cc silicone implant into the larger left breast and performed a vertical mastopexy, also known as a “lollipop lift”. The patient was very happy with the ease and speed of her recovery. She loves the natural look and soft feel of her breasts as well as the inconspicuous scars.
